Work for us
We're always looking for developers who can write.
Who pays technical writers?
We do.
Who we're looking for
You've built things. You've shipped code. And you can explain how it works without making people's eyes glaze over.
We're looking for writers who have real technical depth—people who've debugged production issues at 2am, argued about architecture decisions, and know why the abstractions they use exist.
What the work looks like
We write tutorials, how-tos, and explainers for devtool and AI companies. Typical assignments include:
- Building a sample app with a client's SDK and writing up the process
- Explaining a technical concept and how the client's product fits in
- Writing guides that solve real problems developers face
You'll work with interesting products before they're mainstream. Our clients include companies like Clerk, Deno, Modal, Neon, and others building tools for developers.
What we value
- Accuracy over speed — We'd rather take longer than publish something wrong
- Clarity over cleverness — Simple explanations beat impressive vocabulary
- Code that works — Every snippet should run, every command should execute
